Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns:
- Damaged or defective product received

- Product not as described
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required

Refund Process:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 business days
- Online payment orders: Refund to original payment method within 3-5 business days
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products returned after 7 days
- Used or damaged by customer
- Missing original packaging
